Community & Faith Outreach Initiative, Inc., is an outreach organization, our members represent different areas in Indianapolis, Indiana. We are a 501c3 Non-Profit Organization. We are reaching out to Grandparents/Kinship Raising Children in the Indianapolis Community and surrounding areas, offering programs and activities that provide positive support for our youth, young adults, parents and grandparents.
